A publish workflow is incomplete when review depends on someone noticing a message. The environment configuration should name required reviewers, prevent self-approval where appropriate, and retain the release evidence.
What reviewers receive
A staging candidate should include the source contract result, brand-asset verification, changed routes, content provenance, dependency changes, build output, and desktop and mobile spot checks.
Approval is a decision with context. The workflow should make that context easy to inspect before the deployment can continue.
