Build an evidence ledger, not a link pile
A list of links is not enough for durable content or agent context. A useful ledger records the source origin, capture date, ownership or usage rights, supported claims, confidence, conflicts, and reviewer.
Keep inference visible
Source statements and team inferences should be distinguishable. If a conclusion combines several sources, the ledger records that reasoning rather than presenting the conclusion as a quotation.
Maintain it
The ledger needs an owner and a review cadence. Stale evidence should be marked, not silently treated as current.

This first-party operating note is suitable for template demonstration. Add external claims only through the capture, adversarial review, refinement, research, and approval workflow.
